It Started with a Vision

While working for a large fence contracting company (2007-2017), Darran wrestled with the idea of that company’s inability to care for the small projects and people with smaller budgets.

January 2018, Darran started working nights as a custodian for the Battle Ground school district, while during the day, building a reputation as a trustworthy fence repair service. DC (Darran Cass) Fence Repair was formed.

As word began to spread and the demand for small fence projects was as needed as ever, DC Fence Repair became a full time business venture for Darran.

Word spreads fast when care and quality are put first causing need for growth. In 2021 Darran’s booth Aaran joined the team.

With that, we are committed to staying small enough to care for the small projects. We’re growing, but in ways that still allow to stay true to who we set out to be. We do larger projects but we don’t let them hold us back from small ones. With a highly skilled crew, a crew leader, and Darran as man of many hats, we’re more equipped than ever to tackle small projects fast, efficient, at a reasonable price. All well keeping the larger projects rolling right on schedule. We’re truly blessed to have such an amazing team.

DC still feels that small business is the only reasonable way to go. With less staff, lower overhead, and all in all just less fuel to keep the fire burning; We are able to pass along savings to our customers while offering more alternitves to their fencing needs.

Here at DC Fence Repair we don’t see our clients as just another customer, but as people we can partner with to achieve a shared vision of a great fence.
